Guest Ratings & Reviews
I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, though the room was a bit small. The service was efficient, especially thanks to Trina. The location was convenient for exploring Shanghai, and the dining experience offered a variety of foods. The facilities were great, providing a comfortable stay.
Our stay at the hotel was great overall. The rooms, although a bit stuffy, were clean and wonderful. The service, especially to the taxi driver, was efficient and helpful, but we found some of the staff not very friendly. The location is excellent, within walking distance to many attractions in Shanghai. The dining experience was top-notch with a variety of options catering to all tastes. The facilities were good, although the dated carpet design was noticeable.
I was delighted with my stay at this hotel. The rooms, while a bit smaller than expected, were arranged perfectly for two persons. They were spacious, well-equipped, and offered a superb view of the Bund even from the bathtub. The service was exceptional, with professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly staff who went the extra mile to arrange transport from the airport, store our bags during our trip to Hangzhou, and even guide us to a hidden gem restaurant with fantastic dumplings. The location, although somewhat overrated, was central and within walkable distance to popular attractions like the Bund, Yu Yuan Garden, and Nanjing Road. On the downside, the dining experience, while above average with a good selection of international and local food, fell short of European standards for breakfast. Nonetheless, the hotel's facilities were well worth it, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable, even had walk-in closets which are very rare for hotels. The view of The Bund from my room was very good. The service was top-notch, especially in the Italian restaurant, and the staff were friendly and courteous overall. The location was superb, within walking distance to many top attractions. The dining options were unbelievable with an immense choice of foods to indulge in. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks to consider.
